Well, after a very quick trip to Louisville, we were able to make it back in time on Saturday to visit the annual Riley Days celebration in Greenfield.Just a few shots of the action...
I particularly like the two tough guys pushing baby strollers.
You'll notice that all of the pictures are taken on the food street. A place that is near and dear to my heart. (We were actually pretty good. We shared a breaded tenderloin and a funnel cake with hot fudge topping!)
That's right! The sign says "Vegetables". What you don't see is the "Deep Fried" part.

Ahhh Riley Days... the smell of fried food, the 10 person bands, the parade of lawnmowers and people's trucks that stretches on for miles... you gotta love it.
